"সুসময় আসছে"
সুসময় এলেও বাদুড়ের কি !
সেতো উল্টো ঝুলছে দিবালোকে।

মোদীজির "অচ্ছে দিন" নিয়ে অনেক ব্যাঙ্গ বিদ্রুপ তো হলো। কিন্তু বাস্তব কী বলে ?

1) গত দশ বছর ধরে টিভি,ফ্রিজ থেকে শুরু করে বাচ্চাদের খেলনা সবই চীন থেকে আসছে। এই প্রথম SONY তাদের BRAVIA series এর টিভি ভারতেই তৈরী করতে যাচ্ছে ( চেন্নাই তে কারখানা)। XIAOMI, MOTOROLA, APPLE, FOXCONN আদি কোম্পানিগুলো ভারতে উৎপাদন শুরু করতে যাচ্ছে অচিরেই। XIAOMI তাদের প্রথম মেড ইন ইন্ডিয়া মোবাইল ইতিমধ্যেই বাজারজাত করেছে। BMW ভারতে কারখানা স্থাপন করছে। MERCEDES জার্মানির বাইরে এই প্রথম উৎপাদন কেন্দ্র ভারতে স্থাপন করতে যাচ্ছে (কর্নাটকে)। VOLVO কর্নাটকে যে কারখানা বসিয়েছে আগামী 6 মাসের মধ্যে সেখানে নির্মিত বাস ইউরোপে রপ্তানি শুরু হবে।

2) যে দেশ এতকাল প্রতিরক্ষা সরঞ্জাম বিদেশ থেকে আমদানি করতো সে দেশ গত একবছর ধরে ভিয়েতনাম ও আফ্রিকা সহ অনেক দেশেই প্রতিরক্ষা সামগ্রী রপ্তানি শুরু করেছে। এখন ভারত বুলেটপ্রুফ ভেস্ট ব্রিটেনে রপ্তানি করছে। ভিয়েতনাম নিচ্ছে BRAHMOS ক্ষেপণাস্ত্র।

3) আজ ইয়েমেন থেকে নিজ নাগরিকদের সুরক্ষিত বের করে নিয়ে যেতে US, EUROPE ভারতের সাহায্য চাইছে যা 26 মে 2014 র পূর্বে অকল্পনীয় ছিল।

4) যে দেশ কে দুর্বল দেশ বলা হতো সে এখন তাজিকিস্তান, মরিশাসে নিজের সামরিক কেন্দ্র স্থাপন করছে। বহুদিন ধরে চীন পাকিস্তানের খাদর বন্দরটি সেনা ব্যবহার উপযোগী করে তুলছে। চীন কে মোকাবেলা করতে মাত্র এক বছরের মধ্যে ভারত ইরানের চাহবর বন্দর সেনা ব্যবহার উপযোগী করে নিয়েছে।

5) যে দেশ সিজফায়ার ভঙ্গের অভিযোগ নিয়ে এতকাল UN যেতো আজ সে দেশের বিরুদ্ধে একই অভিযোগ নিয়ে পাকিস্তান UN যাচ্ছে।

6) 1947 এর পর এই প্রথম ভারতসরকার পরিষ্কার বলে দিয়েছে যে কাশ্মীর প্রসঙ্গে আলোচনা হলে তা শুধু পাক অধিকৃত কাশ্মীরের প্রসঙ্গেই হবে।

7) এতদিন আমরা ভারতেই
পাকিস্তানী পতাকা উড়তে দেখেছি। এই প্রথম পাকিস্তানের বালুচিস্তানে এবং পাক অধিকৃত কাশ্মীরে ত্রিবর্ণ পতাকা উড়তে দেখা যাচ্ছে।

সুসময় রাতারাতি আসেনা। ধীরে ধীরে আসছে। এবং তা নিশ্চিতই আসছে। যাদের বোঝার তারা ঠিকই তা উপলব্ধি করতে পারবেন। যারা বাদুড়দের সমগোত্রীয় তারা দিনের আলোয় উল্টোটাই দেখে এসেছেন চিরকাল ভবিষ্যতেও দেখবেন।

Demonetisation aftershocks: Black money jolt for Kolkata banker

KOLKATA: Jibesh Sarkar (name changed on request) a senior manager with Dharmatolla branch of a nationalized bank could not believe his ears. One middle aged person straight went to his chamber as soon as the bank opened on Thursday morning introduced him as a city based businessman and proposed to deposit Rs 75 crore in cash. "First I thought I heard it wrong. I asked him how much money he had taken with him. He replied that he wanted my help in depositing Rs 75 crore in cash. He also assured me that he would compensate me for my risks involved in such an illegal transaction. I showed him the door at once. But it was really a nerve wracking experience in my 25 years of banking career," Sarkar said.

Sarkar and his colleagues looked fatigued on Thursday afternoon after working the whole night preparing for making payments to thousands of depositors. We were dog tired as we had to work for 18 hours at a stretch. Handling depositors' rush is something that we are trained to do. But handling strange people with the request of depositing black money in crores is something which is disturbing our peace of mind now. I have received requests from at least 10 persons who offered me good money in lieu of service of depositing 500 and 1000 rupee notes worth crores," said a senior manager of the bank.

Sensing this sort of trouble and a directive from the Reserve Bank of India the bank authorities installed extra CCTV cameras inside the office. "RBI officials in plainclothes and intelligence department officials have been deputed to keep a watch on illegal transactions," the bank official said. Handling such unscrupulous persons sitting at the heart of the city is different. But take the experience of a bank manager working for a nationalized bank in southern suburb. Sanjay Mitra the bank manager had to take help of local police station when a person threatened him for refusing to accept Rs 49 crore in cash. "He wanted to deposit Rs 49 crore in various names and sought my help in the entire transaction. He offered me a good amount too. But when I refused he got furious and threatened me with dire consequences," Mitra said.
