Jibon anek boro,
Kachher manushdure sore jaay,
chena mukh ochena hoye jay..
chena mon jotil hoye othe..
jono somudre ekla mone hoy.
Vabini keu asbe,
bondhu hote chaibe,
apon bole vabbe,
nijer bole dakbe..
Bose chhilam din bodoler asay,
rat jaga tarar sathe
golpo korar fake,
ele tumi ochena ojana,
bondhutter dabi dhore,
bariye dile haat duto.
Ekhono je sopnei achhi,
naki bastobei?
bujhte parini..
Tomar kachhe amar ongikar,
harano pothei nijeke
khuje nebo abar.
