Improvements for Land Department

1. Like Banks, Land Dept. may collect KYC from Raiyats & Applicants

2. Mobile no. Of Opposite Party may be linked with his Khatiyan No. Like ATM users in Mobile Banking

3. Revision of Mouza make with GPS and ETS

4. Each Khatiyan created must be tagged with Maps of concerned plot No.s & scanned copy of documents via which that particular khatiyan has been created

5. For searching informations about any particular Raiyat across the State for Vesting & for other purposes like searching of Big Raiyats, a special software must be made to search all the lands of that Raiyat from any BLLRO office of the State

6. The vehicles / tractors must be tagged with GPS. Block & District Level Mobile / Moving Control rooms will keep monitoring over the movements of the Tractors for collecting of the Royalty of Earth materials.

7. A special Satellite System can be made or Google Earth application can be tagged with E BHUCHITRA ...  to see all the Geographical location of any Mouza at any point of time. In the Map...The Plots will be shown mentioning the Names of the Raiyats with appropriate demarcations of the the land schedule
